Job: Child Care Worker

Able to work 11pm-7am on weekdays and varying weekend shifts.
*We are a group home for female teens
-Maintain a safe, caring positive environment
-Respond to girls' needs as a supportive, loving parent figure
-Read and follow guidelines in Policy and Procedures Manual

High School Diploma, apllicant must be 21 yrs of age or older. Willing to take 40 hours of active training in childcare and development for each year on the job. Hold a valid Florida Driver's License and insurance. Have a solid record of reliability and work ethic, good communication and organizational skills, and bi-lingual (spanish) is a plus.
