RaceTrac is excited to celebrate its 75th Year Anniversary! We are fueling up for our next 75 years by looking for experienced leaders to come be a part of our growth and opportunity in the West Florida area.

We are currently seeking skilled , enthusiastic managers with at least 3 years of management experience in the retail industry or quick serve restaurants to begin a fast paced, comprehensive, management training program.

RaceTrac's management training program is all encompassing, designed to provide the company's future Store Managers with the resources necessary to succeed.

Our management training program embodies RaceTrac's cultures and core values while reinforcing the skills required to effectively manage store operations by providing industry leading guest service and maximizing the productivity of their Team Members.

Prefer the following:

3 years experience in the retail management or quick serve restaurant field.

Business college graduate

Familiarity with Food Service

Employee Relations Skills

Passion for People

Familiarity with Food Service

Knowledge of Inventory Management

Well developed Communication Skills

Ability to train and develop employees

Proven Leadership Abilities

Computer Savvy
